This script says it’s for the Raspberry Pi but you can also put it on other OS’s like Ubuntu, Debian…etc I actually have it set up on an Ubuntu 16.04 VM and it works perfectly. It’s great for blocking those annoying ads on your smart TV when you first load up a Youtube video.
I wouldn’t say it’s better than Chrome and Firefox’s Ublock Origin Extension but it has its uses like blocking ads on your phone’s browser as well as Tablets and TV’s which are hard to find a good adblocker. Give it a spin and leave a comment below to let me know if it worked for you.
